Shipping policy

The shipping cost is €9 ( Monday to Friday) and 16 (Saturdays) and includes a tracking number so you can know where your order is at all times. Make sure (very important) that it is not a holiday, since it is possible that the transport agency does not deliver that day; in that case, the order will be delivered automatically on the next available business day.

We send flowers from Tuesday to Saturday anywhere in the peninsula and they will arrive within 24 hours. You can choose the date and the available delivery time is from 10:00 to 15:00.

The flowers will be delivered in a reinforced box for flowers, along with a dedication and a bag of nutrients. To ensure that the flowers do not move during transport, they will be wrapped in kraft paper.

If you want the flowers to be delivered the next day, you must place your order before 9:00 am. If you do it after that time, the flowers will be delivered the day after the selected date.

Currently, we do not deliver in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
