PersaFlores Refund Policy

At PersaFlores, we are committed to providing a safe and reliable delivery service for all our customers. Below are our policies related to order shipping.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation is received.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Refunds and Responsibility

  • If you do not receive your order within the first 48 hours after shipment, PersaFlores will not be responsible for refunds related to the order or shipping costs in cases where the courier company attempted to make the delivery and no one was available at the address, both on the first and second attempts.

  • No refund will be issued if the delivery location is closed or if it is not possible to make the delivery because it falls on a public holiday. In such cases, the delivery will automatically be made on the next available business day.

  • After 48 hours have passed since the shipment, if you still have not received your order, PersaFlores will assume responsibility for the shipping costs and proceed to issue the corresponding refund for the order.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team after 48 hours have passed since your order was shipped.

  • PersaFlores reserves the right to verify the status of the shipment before issuing any refund.
