Tracking

Where is my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our florist workshop. If you can't find it, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send it right away.

Changes

Can I change the delivery date or address?

Yes, as long as you contact us before 11:00 AM (Spanish time) the day before the scheduled delivery. Reach us via WhatsApp or phone to make the change.

Guarantee

What if the flowers arrive damaged?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the flowers arrive in poor condition, send us a photo via WhatsApp within 24 hours and we'll resolve it immediately.

Coverage

Do you deliver outside mainland Spain?

We currently deliver throughout mainland Spain only. We do not cover the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
